It is easy. Your user name is your corporate email address. Your password was assigned to you. The site may be accessed at http://Support.UnwiredHelp.com or your company-specific page. Once there:
- Click Log In from the Support menu on the left side of the page.
If you have forgotten your password:
- Click Log In from the Support menu on the left side of the page.
- Click the Forgot Password link
- Your password will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you.
If you are a new user or are not on file with us, you may register using New User Registration, which will allow you to log in to send us a ticket request.
Alternatively, you may simply use the Email Us form. Please include your name, cell phone number, office number, company, email address, and other information important to your request.
